Seasonal note: In summer, ropes courses and climbing towers add more thrills, while in winter, snowy trails create a magical experience (AWD/4WD and chains required for vehicles during winter conditions).

Please bring your own recreational gear (balls, rackets, etc.), and note that some community amenities may require extra fees or have seasonal access. Check for schedule details, especially for concerts and special events!

Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • Please note there is a loft area in the second bedroom that is accessed via ladder. This area is not for guest use.
  • The home is monitored by security cameras outside on the corners of the house. No cameras monitor the interior.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking to be left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • Eagles Nest Winery Day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Firewood may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by contacting management more than a week in advance. Two wrapped bundles and a firestarter are provided for $25/night.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; admission fee applies to each person, and there is a cash bar for food and drinks.

Parking and Vehicle Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov–March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please contact Off Road Adventures.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
  • The home offers a generator in case of loss of power.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).

  • The home is monitored by security cameras outside on the corners of the house. No cameras monitor the interior.

  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am–7pm Monday through Saturday.

  • All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
